You will need:
- 2 cups of plain flour
- 1 cup salt
- 1 tablespoon oil ( vegetable or olive is fine)
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar
Method: Blend all of the ingredients togeter in a microwave safe bowl or container and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove and stir then microwave for another minute. Remove and stir again, microwave for another minute (4 mniutes in total). Allow to cool as it will be extremely hot. Knead well and it’s ready to use. For those using this method a little trial and error may be necessary but the main advantage is that the dough can be mixed, cooked and stored in the same container.
